Villas close to Jumeirah Beach Road and Umm Suqeim sit in humid, salty air. Older cars kept outside here can show corrosion on battery terminals, brake parts and body edges, and electrical connections suffer too. It affects value a little, rarely a lot, especially for mechanically sound cars with a good service history.
Some Jumeirah streets also have limited on-street space for a truck to stop, so a morning slot is usually best.
