These terms apply when you use junkmycar.ae or request an offer from JunkMyCar. By submitting your details you agree to them.

Offers

• Offers are free and carry no obligation to sell.
• Offers are based on the information and photos you provide and are subject to inspection at collection. If the car differs in a way that affects value, we will explain any change before a sale is agreed, and you may decline.
• Offers are valid for a limited time because values and circumstances change.
• We do not guarantee any particular price.

Your responsibilities as a seller

• You must be the registered owner, or be legally authorised to sell on the owner's behalf.
• You must tell us about any bank loan, mortgage, fines, insurance claims or other matters affecting the car that you are aware of.
• The information you give us must be accurate to the best of your knowledge.

Sale, payment and paperwork

A sale is agreed when both parties sign the sale paperwork at collection. Payment is made by cash or bank transfer as agreed. Outstanding loans and fines are settled as set out in the agreed offer. The transfer or cancellation of registration is completed with the relevant traffic authority.
